My Favorite Troubadour

Of all the many and varied artists that tumble out of my Zune or iPod or other MP3 player, I have perhaps the longest relationship with Joe Jackson. I have been a rabid fan of his since before I was in high school. I gave his CD “Body and Soul” to my very first girlfriend. She didn’t appreciate him. So much for that girlfriend if she doesn’t understand what a modern troubadour sounds like.

I think today I will present one of his newer recordings, an excellent live version of Invisible Man.
